Information You Provide

• Account information: the email address and password you use to create your account, and the first name you choose during onboarding.
• Mood and check-in information: the moods, needs, and notes you enter through Check-In and Journal.
• Tasks and reminders: the tasks, dates, times, categories, notes, and reminder preferences you create in Organize.
• Care Mode information: family member names, medication names, doses, schedules, and dose records you enter to help you stay organized.
• Notification preferences: your choices for Morning Brief, Evening Wind Down, Motivational messages, task reminders, and Care Mode reminders, including the times you select.
• Authentication provider data: when you sign in with Google, the provider shares the account information needed to sign you in (such as your email address).
• Calendar integration: if you choose to add an item to your calendar, the app opens your Google Calendar with the event details pre-filled. The app does not sync or store your calendar data.

Information Collected Automatically

The app may receive limited technical information such as your device timezone (used to schedule notifications in your local time) and standard platform/infrastructure logs needed to operate the service. We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell your information to anyone.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide your tasks, reminders, check-ins, journal, Care Mode tracking, and breathing activities.
• To deliver the notifications you enable, at the times you choose.
• To save your preferences so the app remembers you between sessions.
• To respond to support requests you send through the Contact page.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the app.

Service Providers

We rely on trusted service providers to operate the app:

• Base44 provides app hosting, authentication, and data storage.
• Google provides sign-in when you choose Google authentication, and Google Calendar when you add an item to your calendar.
• OneSignal is used to deliver push notifications to your device when you enable them.

These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and under their own terms and policies.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, tasks, check-ins, journal entries, and Care Mode information are removed from the app. We may retain limited records as required by law or for legitimate platform operations.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information through the platform's infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

• Enable or disable any notification type at any time in Settings and Notification Settings.
• Edit or delete your tasks, check-ins, journal entries, and Care Mode information at any time.
• Disconnect calendar or sign-in providers through your device or provider account settings.
• Delete your account and its data from within the app, or by contacting us.

Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, tasks, check-ins, journal entries, medications, and Care Mode information. You can also request deletion by emailing us at gentlemomentsformom@gmail.com.

Children's Privacy

Moments for Mom is a tool for mothers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Moments for Mom does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Care Mode and medication reminders are organizational tools to help you keep track of information you enter. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, advice, or medication management. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional with questions about your health or medications.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
