You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You may sign in using Google; your use of that provider is also subject to its own terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Enter false or misleading information into Care Mode, tasks, or other features.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or compromise the app's systems or another user's data.
• Use the app in a way that could damage or overburden the service.

User-Provided Content and Data

You are responsible for the information you enter, including moods, notes, tasks, and Care Mode details. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited right to use it only as needed to operate the app for you.

App Availability

We strive to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

The app, its branding, design, and content (other than your information) are owned by Moments for Mom and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission.

Third-Party Services

The app may integrate with third-party services such as Google for sign-in and calendar. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of these services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

Wellness and Medical Disclaimer

Moments for Mom is a wellness and organization tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Care Mode and medication reminders are organizational tools to help you track information you enter; they are not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding health concerns or medications. Do not rely on the app for medical decisions.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moments for Mom and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Because Care Mode and reminders are organizational tools, you are responsible for confirming any medication or health information with a professional.

Account Termination and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your information from the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason we believe necessary to protect the service or others.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
